Exchange Policy

At Turkish Jewels, our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a click away!

Returns and Exchange:

Our policy lasts for 7 days. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to us at wecare@nebos.ca. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a photograph of the article.

Any additional shipping costs for exchanging an article will be paid by the customer.

Items not Allowed for Exchange:

Articles purchased on discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange. Note: For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than usual. For further assistance, you can contact our customer service department by emailing us at wecare@nebos.ca or you can call us at +92 (320) 8875474. Provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep.

Process of Online Exchange:

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified.

Return Policy

Turkish Jewels offers a return policy. You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by writing to us at wecare@nebos.ca. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please study your coupon carefully for further details.
